1. Freedom of Occupational Choice

2. Appropriate Working Hours

3. Fair Remuneration
Compensation provided to employees shall meet or exceed legal requirements (excluding overtime pay and allowances), with weekly working hours not exceeding 60 hours in accordance with regulations.
4. Humane Treatment
Forced, compulsory, or involuntary labor is strictly prohibited. punitive wage deductions shall not be used as a disciplinary measure.
5. Non-Discrimination and Non-Harassment
Harassment and discrimination in employment, compensation, training, promotion, termination, or any other employment-related activities are prohibited. Decisions must be based solely on work ability, regardless of race, skin color, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, ethnicity, disability, pregnancy, religion, political affiliation, union membership, astrological sign, blood type, place of origin, veteran status, genetic information, marital status, or any other protected characteristic.
