1. Freedom of Occupation Choice

It is strictly prohibited to charge workers fees (adopting a zero-fee policy), require security deposits, or confiscate their identification documents. The use of labor, including involuntary and exploitative prison labor, contract-restricted labor, bonded labor, forced labor, human trafficking, slave labor, and human trafficking, is strictly prohibited.

 

2. Appropriate Working Hours

Comply with the regulations regarding working hours as required by applicable laws, industry standards, and customers' codes of conduct. All working hours, rest periods, and vacations shall be provided in accordance with the law.

 

3. Reasonable Remuneration

The remuneration provided to employees shall meet the basic legal requirements (excluding any overtime pay and other subsidies), and the working hours shall comply with the specified requirements. The weekly working hours shall not exceed 60 hours.

 

4. Humane Treatment  

It is strictly prohibited to use punitive measures, forced or involuntary labor. At the same time, the management measure of deducting wages as punishment is prohibited.

 

5. No Discrimination or Harassment 

Eliminate harassment behaviors and all forms of discrimination in matters such as employment, compensation, training, promotion, dismissal, etc., based on race, skin color, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, ethnicity or nationality, disability, pregnancy, religious beliefs, political stance, group background, star sign, blood type, native place, veteran status, protected genetic information, marital status, or for filing a complaint, etc. All considerations shall be based on the work ability of the employees.
