Product Introduction

 

       The TLMOV thermally protected varistor is an integrated component that achieves real-time thermal coupling through an internal structure, combining an alloy thermal fuse with a varistor. It provides multiple protection functions against overvoltage, surge, and overtemperature.

       The varistor is selected with high thermal capacity specifications, offering excellent overvoltage tolerance. The thermal fuse utilizes low-resistance fusible alloy, with current-carrying capacity matched to the varistor and no contact resistance. This design ensures no permanent short circuit occurs under high surge current impact. In abnormal conditions, if the varistor fails, it is quickly disconnected from the circuit, effectively preventing fire hazards.
