Ventilator

VentilatorElectrical drive and control
| Application Introduction
Ventilators must deliver heated and humidified air to patients. Excessively high airflow temperatures can cause airway burns, while temperatures that are too low may lead to condensation or discomfort. Precise control of airflow temperature is therefore critical for the safe operation of ventilators.Sensors can be deployed at the breathing mask or the end of the air delivery tube to directly monitor the temperature of the gas inhaled by the patient. Real-time detection of the heating module temperature ensures uniform and stable airflow heating.

Electrical terminal structure
The system monitors the water temperature in the heating plate or the gas temperature inside the humidification chamber to precisely control the humidifier's output power. This enables water to be heated for steam generation while preventing boiling. An NTC sensor integrated into the inhalation tube near the patient end facilitates closed-loop precision temperature control.

Epoxy resin type temperature sensor
Ventilators are designed for prolonged, even 24/7 continuous operation. Real-time temperature monitoring of critical components is essential to prevent permanent damage to electronic parts from overheating and eliminate fire risks. The system intelligently adjusts the speed of internal cooling fans to ensure effective heat dissipation while achieving energy savings and noise reduction, thereby enhancing the overall reliability of the equipment.
