| Application Introduction

      To regulate heating, ovens are typically equipped with temperature sensors that detect the temperature of the hot air. NTC temperature sensors designed for oven use are packaged in stainless steel housings and employ high-temperature-resistant wiring, allowing the sensor tip to withstand and accurately measure elevated temperatures. The aluminum housing design enables a rapid thermal response, making these sensors particularly suitable for fast temperature monitoring during baking processes.​​For small induction cookers, glass-encapsulated NTC thermistors are directly attached to the heating panel using thermally conductive silicone. This direct contact with the heating surface ensures quick response times and facilitates easy installation.
